The outcome of our research is pretty interesting, since as it turns out, that we are all different, even when it comes to something as simple as weight loss. The thing is, there are not only different body types, but also different types of body fat and ways of dealing with it.

#1 Upper body
This is the type of fat that piles up when you are physically inactive and consume more calories than you actually burn. The best way to deal with it is to introduce some more movement into your life, be it swimming, running or walking, and as soon as you do it at least 30 minutes a day, you will manage to melt down all your fat.
#2 Lower abdomen
This is a tricky kind of fat, which is mostly influenced by something as nasty as stress and depression. The best way to deal with it is to relax more often and to drink some green tea, since apart from calming properties, it burns a lot of calories as well.
#3 Lower body fat
This one is the outcome of high gluten consumption, so try to cut it off and you will get toned up in no time. Walking up the stairs or up the hill is pretty effective too.
#4 Swollen stomach
Start counting your alcoholic drinks and get them under control, otherwise there is no way you will succeed with flattening your stomach.
#5 Leg fat
This one usually happens to pregnant women, since their legs swell. To deal with it, you should cut off salt and move more.
#6 Stomach and upper back fat
This is a clear sign of lack of exercise and healthy diet. Get these two under control and you will be amazed by the results.
