Harry Maguire has called in sick to miss training at Leicester on Monday as talks over a prospective move to Manchester United continue.
The England defender telephoned his club in the morning and spoke to the team doctor, who agreed Maguire could spend the day resting.
It is the first session Maguire will miss in pre-season, and will doubtless raise suspicions a move to United could be imminent. But Leicester insist no deal has been agreed.
