Face Pack #1

Ingredients:

  • Turmeric powder
  • Milk cream
  • Aloe Vera gel (raw is preferred)
  • Honey

Method:

  • Take milk cream (1 tbsp) in a small bowl and mix few drops of honey, few drops of aloe vera gel and turmeric powder less than half tbsp.
  • Stir well, till you see the mixture is mixed.
  • Then apply it on washed face, leave it for about 15 minutes and rinse it off with cold water.
  • Repeat the process regularly to see positive improvements.

Ingredients:

  • Graham flour
  • Turmeric powder
  • Milk cream
  • Milk

Method:

  • Methods is identical to face pack #1, also the process is same. Mix all ingredients required quantity (1tbsp) and mix it to form a natural face pack cream.
  • Apply it on face and rinse it off with cold water after 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Turmeric powder
  • Curd

Method:

  • Mix 1 tbsp of curd and mix it with turmeric powder (not more than half tbsp).
  • Apply the mixture on face and rinse it off with cold water after 10-15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon juice

Ingredients:

  • Apple
  • Honey
  • Milk powder

Method:

  • Boil an apple in water.
  • Let it cool and then mash it after removing its seeds.
  • Mix 1 tbsp (table spoon) of milk powder and honey (1tbsp).
  • Now apply it on your face and wash it away after 15 minutes.

  • Don’t forget sunscreen creams with SPF 30 while going out.
  • Apply moisturizing cream before going to bed.
