  • Take 1 tbsp. aloe vera gel, 4 tbsp. vegetable glycerin and 5 to 10 drops of lemon essential oil (optional).
  • Mix all the ingredients properly.
  • Add required water to prepare a fine paste.
  • Scrub your teeth using a soft toothbrush.
  • Wash your mouth thoroughly to remove the paste.

#5 Munch on vegetables and fruits:

It’s great to munch on an apple, carrot, musk melon, or celery sticks. You can chew one of these fruits or other of your choice after each meal for natural cleansing and refreshing of your teeth. It is not only helpful to remove food particles from the teeth, but it will also make your gums clean and strong.

#6 Chew sesame seeds:

Sesame seeds work very effectively as a scrub. These seeds are capable of cleaning and polishing the teeth by removing tartar.

What to do:
