Simple Ginger Syrup

Take this spice in limited quantity; excess consumption isn’t recommended.


  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Ginger – 1 piece


Initially peel ginger and cut into small pieces.

Boil water and sugar in a pan, till sugar dissolves. Now add ginger pieces and remove from the pain from heat after a couple of minutes.

Allow ginger to steep for 30 minutes. Discard ginger and consume the syrup in cold state.

All-Healing Ginger Syrup


  • Lime juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Honey – 7 teaspoons
  • Ginger
  • Distilled water – 2 cups


Add water and ginger to a pan and boil it. When the water reaches boiling point in 5 minutes, remove from heat and allow it to steep.

After 20 minutes, strain ginger chunks and add honey, lime juice to it.
