Today I will share anti-aging powder which you have to eat daily to get the younger glowing skin.

Ingredients you will need:

  • 125 gms of watermelon seeds
  • 2 teaspoon of powdered rock sugar or sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder
  • 4.5 teaspoons of sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

Method:

  • Firstly, take a saucepan and add 125gms of watermelon seeds and 4.5 teaspoons of sesame seeds. Fry them both or just roast them without oil on high flame for 3 minutes with continuous stirring. Then turn off the flame.
  • Now add the above-roasted seeds mixture into a blender and add 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder and 2 teaspoons of powdered rock sugar or sugar.
  • Blend them well so that all the ingredients combine. And your anti-aging powder is now ready for use.
  • Eat 1 teaspoon of this powder every day with breakfast and you will see the amazing results in 30 days.

Cardamom can be attributed to its antibacterial and antioxidant properties. This spice helps in treat skin allergies and skin complexion.
