Serum for Acne Prone Skin

How to:

  1. In a small container, mix 5 tablespoons of hemp oil with 1/2 teaspoon of rosemary essential oil.
  2. Add ½ teaspoon of turmeric oil.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of vitamin E oil.
  4. Pour this mixture into an empty bottle which is dark brown in color. Close the lid of the container and shake the bottle for a few seconds to mix the oils.
  5. Take 3-4 drops of this oil and apply on your whole face.
  6. Use patting motions to allow the oil to absorb. Focus on the area with the acne.
  7. Blot away the excess oil using a tissue paper.
  8. Use this serum once daily before going to bed.

How this helps:

Rosemary essential oil is anti bacterial in nature. Turmeric oil is anti inflammatory.

Serum for Oily Skin

How to:

  1. In a small container, mix 5 tablespoons of Grape seed oil with 1/2 teaspoon of tea tree essential oil.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of vitamin E oil.
  3. Pour this mixture into an empty bottle which is dark brown in color. Close the lid of the container and shake the bottle for a few seconds to mix the oils.
  4. Take 3-4 drops of this oil and apply on your whole face.
