Lemon Peel Water For Weight Loss

Most of us know uses of lemon for weight loss but lemon peels are much more effcetive than lemon. Todayin this post I will share an amazing trick where you can use lemon peel for quick weight loss.

What you need:

  • 2 Lemons
  • Ginger
  • Water

Steps for preparation:

First peel the lemons (please note here we need the lemon peel, not the lemon).

Add these peels in one and half glass water.

Boil it until water remains 1 glass.

Now grate ginger and strain it to take out its juice, you will need 1 spoon of ginger juice.

Add 1 spoon of ginger juice in lemon peel water and mix it.

Your drink is ready.

You should drink it daily 1 hour before breakfast.

Avoid fast foods.

Have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep.
