CUCUMBER DRINK

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber: 1- 2
  • Lemon: 1

STEPS

  1. Chop a cucumber and grind the chopped cucumber till it turns into juice.
  2. Squeeze a lemon in the cucumber juice.

Ingredients:

  • Lemon: 1
  • Honey: 1 tsp
  • Water: 1 glass

STEPS

  1. Put a glass of water in a saucepan.
  2. Put it on stove and turn on the heat.
  3. After 3-4 minutes turn off the heat or turn off the heat when the water becomes lukewarm.
  4. Transfer this water in a glass and squeeze a lemon in this water.
  5. Add half a teaspoon of honey to this drink.
  6. Drink this right after to wake up in the morning.

Ingredients:

  • Coriander leaves: 100 gm
  • Aloe vera leaves: 1- 2
  • Water: 1/2 cup

STEPS

  1. Grind 100 grams of coriander leaves in the mixer and add half a cup of water to it.
  2. Grind till it turns into a juice.
  3. Now, slit an aloe vera leaf into two halves and extract the aloe vera gel out of it.
  4. Add the extracted aloe vera gel to the juice of coriander.
  5. Drink this juice in the morning daily for positive results.
  6. Drink this regularly for 2 months to get rid of belly fat

  1. Put 1 1/2 cup of water in a saucepan and put it on stove.
  2. Turn on the heat and then add a teaspoon of green tea leaves to it.

  5. Now turn off the heat and transfer the green tea to a cup from the saucepan.
  6. Add a teaspoon of lemon juice to it and mix properly.
  7. Now, add a teaspoon of chia seeds to it and churn properly.
  8. Drink this tea as soon as you wake up in the morning to keep yourself healthy and fat free.
  9. Drink this daily for at least 2 months to see he results.

  • Cinnamon stick: 1- 2
  • Tea leaves: 1 tsp
  • Water: 1.5 cup

  1. Put one and a half cup of water in a saucepan.
  2. Put the saucepan on stove and turn on the heat.
  3. Add a teaspoon of tea leaves to it.
  4. Then, add a cinnamon stick to it.
  5. Once the water is boiled, turn off the stove.
  6. Drink this tea before anything else when you wake up in the morning.
