How to:

  1. Take 1 cup of coconut water.
  2. Add it to the blender.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of roasted flax seeds.
  4. Add 1 diced avocado.
  5. Add 2 teaspoons of honey.
  6. Add 7-8 slices of kiwi.
  7. Blend on high speed for 1 minute.
