Add it in your diet or make a tea. Ingest it in any way to reap its benefits.

I personally recommend cinnamon tea.

  • Boil water to certain extent.
  • Add 1 cinnamon stick.
  • Cook it for 20 minutes.
  • Add honey or sugar to make it delicious and have the hot tea.
